The purpose of this organization is to develop an appreciation for the art of quilting and its history, to provide instruction and help for personal and community projects, to provide a common organization of persons who love quilts, to educate the public on the history and artistry of quiltmaking and to hold educational programs, workshops and seminars in the design and techniques of quiltmaking.
