Winter Texans or Frequent Flyers Read THIS:
Not everyone can attend our monthly business meeting, however this does not mean you cannot participate. Here are suggestions (rules) for being an absentee blocker.
| 1. | Our Block Exchanges start at a business meeting and end two months later at the business meeting (see schedule). In order to participate you must sign-up at or BEFORE the next business meeting. If you are a Winter Texan, and you want to participate in the Four Patch Exchange you must contact me BEFORE our June 2nd Business Meeting. |
| 2. | Signing up in advance is mandatory for those of you who can not attend the meeting because it is at the business meeting we finalize the number of participates and thereby determine the number of blocks to make. You will get an email or phone call after the meeting telling how many blocks to make. |
| 3. | If you sign-up you are committing to all the other ladies in the exchange to make your blocks. You might not be able to attend the meeting, but your blocks better attend. |
| 4. | If you are currently living out of town then you can mail you blocks to me at my home in advance of the due date. Please include a self addressed, stamped mailing package I can use to return your exchange. The cost of mailing it back to you should equal the amount it took you to mail me your squares. If you prefer, I will be happy to save you the return mailing costs by stockpiling your blocks here. What a fun thing to return "home" to. |
